Fantastic, friendly, ethical and professional service, advice and support. We had a bee's nest in the attic and at both our earliest opportunity, Matt was out and assessing the situation. It turned out to be a situation that was self managed, and Matt gave advice and guidance for future prevention of issues - Lavender and Tea tree oils to prevent return. Due to this, Matt didn't charge us, but I certainly know who to call when anything like this happens in the future and who we will recommend to a friend! Thanks Matt - great service!

Really pleased with Matt’s service. I called because I had a nest in my wall that I wasn’t sure was bees or wasps and I didn’t want to kill any bees. Matt came round right away and confirmed they were wasps, treated them and within 12 hours we were wasp free. He was friendly and professional and was able to deal with the nest effectively even though it was about 10 feet up above the garage and difficult to access. It was a really quick and effective service at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Matt came out to an SOS call, we had a wasps nest in the attic above the bedroom and they had broken through the ceiling into the room, pretty terrifying. Would wholeheartedly recommend Matt if you have any pest control problems. Having found a wasp nest in the garden at the weekend, and having young children, I was apprehensive about how long the problem would take to fix. Called Matt Monday afternoon and he was so helpful. Matthew Greenhalgh was highly recommended to me by others on Facebook. He has dealt with my rat problem thoroughly, speedily and with utmost professionalism. It wasn't an easy task as they'd burrowed beneath the garden and had tunnels all over the place but Matt wasn't fazed and sought advice where it was complex. He's also blocked off my air bricks so mice can't enter the house through that access too. Friendly, polite and helpful - would always recommend .. and there are a lot of people I know who have similar problems living in the country. Top Man!
